Returns & Exchanges
Since our garments are considered “intimates,” we can only accept returns or exchanges for unworn products.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Cool Sets® purchase, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Products must have their original tags in place.
Simply send back the item(s) to be returned or exchanged along with the return form that was enclosed with your shipment. If we made an error on your order or an item is found defective, please call us at 1-877-266-5992.

Once we receive the product return form, we will credit your original payment method. If you are ordering an item in exchange for your returned item, we will process and bill that order separately, free of standard shipping and handling charges. If the item was a gift, we will issue you a merchandise credit.
