Cool Sets offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee to all retail customers. Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags in place. A product that has been worn cannot be returned. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Step 1
Initiate the return or exchange by calling (303) 544-2186 or emailing customerservice@coolsets.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please provide (a) your name, (b) the invoice number, (c) item description (style, color, size), (d) indicate refund or exchange, (e) a reason for the return.
Step 2
Please fill out and sign the Product Return Form with the return authorization number you received from Cool Sets customer service department. You can print the Product Return Form by clicking on the link below.

We suggest mailing via a pre-paid, insured, traceable service to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Be sure to print your return authorization number clearly on your package.

Step 3
When we receive your return or exchange package the items will be inspected for use and condition. If the items are unworn and in their original condition with all tags in place, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund
The shipping and handling costs paid for your initial order are not refundable. Cool Sets will contact you for the credit card information to process your return.

Please indicate clearly the item(s) you wish in exchange for your return.
